International Women’s Day- Divine Feminine Retreat.

An evening of movement, myth & magic.

In February of this year, myself and Jenny Wall gathered a group of people for a special evening rooted in connection & creativity.

We began the evening in The Lotus Studio in Cork. Jenny led with a beautiful grounding Yoga flow and I held a throat Chakra themed mediation session. It was a slow, intentional start, inviting everyone to arrive fully and connect with themselves.

From there, we continued the evening at Meades Wine bar. We were immersed in Irish Folklore from award-winning storytellers and poetry as Gaeilge.

The evening was all about celebrating womanhood and expression in many forms. Voices were shared, throat chakras opened, and there was a beautiful sense of community in such a warm and welcoming space.

And woven through it all were some beautiful touches from the brands who supported us, Here’s Health, Gigi supplements, Ground wellbeing & Lush. Little details that made the night feel abundant, generous and full of care.

To everyone who came… you made it what it was.
